On June 28, 2015, The Foundation and Pinot’s Pallete invited guests to spend an afternoon painting to help our cause! We had a great turnout and everyone had a wonderful time; Pinot’s Pallete generously donated a portion of ticket prices, as well as sales from paintings, to The Foundation.

On May 4, 2014 The Foundation held a Ladies Tea at Rock Spring Country Club in West Orange, New Jersey. Passed champagne, tea service, assorted tea sandwiches and pastries were enjoyed by the guests, as well as raffle prizes!

In November of 2013, The Foundation held a Celebration of Angels gala. This event honored Doctors Richard Michaelson & Elisa Santoro of St. Barnabas Medical Center, and remembered Minette’s passing 10 years ago. Both of the doctors were personally involved with Minette’s care during her battle with cancer, and they have touched the lives of countless other patients and families.
Over 300 guests were in attendance, and the gala was very successful, with The Foundation donating $40,000 to St. Barnabas. $15,000 went to the Cancer Center, $15,000 to the Breast Health Center, and $10,000 was donated for patient assistance.

In 2012 and 2009, The Foundation also held wine tastings, both of which were huge successes.

In 2010, The Foundation held cut-a-thons at a variety of salons in Essex County as part of our fundraising efforts. Participating salons included: Anthony Robert, Verona; Mane Place II, Verona; Monica’s Salon, Bloomfield; Salon Fig, Newton; and Salon Profilo, Millburn.
